No one hates to taste halwa. Here comes a recipe of walnut halwa and try this recipe to enjoy your snack time!

  • Take 1 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of walnuts in a bowl.
  • Allow them to soak for 40-45 minutes.
  • Filter the soaked walnuts in a blender and add 2 spoons of milk. Make them into a coarse paste.
  • Keep milk aside
  • Heat a pan and add 2 spoon Desi ghee.
  • Add the walnut paste into a pan and stir continuously in a low flame until it turns golden brown.
  • Then, add milk to the paste and cover the mixture with a lid.
  • Then, add 1/2 cup sugar and stir repeatedly.
  • Now, add elachi powder to the halwa mixture.
  • That’s all…!! Walnut halwa is ready to serve…! Enjoy halwa with some dry fruits…!!

Chocolate Walnut Cookie Recipe:

When it comes to snack time, your snacks are complete without a cookie. You can make a healthy chocolate walnut cookie on your home!

  • Heat a pan in a low flame and add chopped walnuts into a pan. Roast the walnuts in a low flame for 3-4 minutes! Keep aside for a few minutes.
  • Prepare dough..!! Take a basin and put flour, butter, salt, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder. Mix the ingredients with milk and make dough.
  • Add roasted walnuts to the dough and mix!
  • Then, divide the dough into round pieces equally with 5-6 inches long and 2 inches wide.
  • Cover the piece with a cling sheet and make them cool overnight for 3-5 hours. That’s all….!! Your walnut crunchy and delicious cookie is ready to serve….!!!
